  • What is a health coach?
    A health coach is a supportive guide who helps you create and stick to a personalized plan for better health and wellness. I partner with you to create a plan that helps you make sustainable lifestyle changes—physically, emotionally, and mentally—based on your goals and objectives.
  • What makes your approach different?
    I take a love-centered, solution-focused approach that honors your goals, strengths, and values. My programs focus on small steps that lead to big, lasting changes—without judgment, pressure, or one-size-fits-all solutions. I also bring expertise in plant-based nutrition, behavior change, and holistic wellness.
  • Do I have to follow a plant-based diet to work with you?
    Not at all. While I personally follow and recommend a plant-forward lifestyle, I always work within your preferences and goals. Whether you're curious about eating more plants or just want to feel better in your body, this space is about you.
  • How do I know if this is right for me?
    If you’re tired of quick fixes and want a healthier, more sustainable way to reach your wellness goals—this is for you. Whether you're looking to lose weight, reverse chronic conditions, or just feel better in your own skin, you'll be met with compassion, science-backed tools, and real-world strategies.
  • Do you offer a free consultation?
    Yes! I offer a free 30-minute consultation so we can chat about your goals, explore how I can support you, and see if we’re a good fit.
  • How do I get started?
    Click the “Schedule a Free Consultation” button at the top of this page or visit the Coaching Packages page to view all available coaching services. For self-paced content, click Program List from the main menu to access our library of content.
  • How do I schedule a session?
    Once you've purchased a coaching package, you'll receive a scheduling link to book your sessions online. I recommend scheduling in advance to lock in your preferred times.
  • What is your refund policy?
    For coaching packages: Full refunds are available before the first session. After that, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. I’m happy to reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours' notice. For digital programs: Refunds are available within the first 7 days or prorated before week 3. No refunds are given after week 3 if the content has been accessed.
  • What if I miss a group or individual coaching call?
    No worries—life happens! Group calls: All group calls are recorded and shared in your course portal so you can catch up anytime. Individual calls: Can be rescheduled within the overall program timeframe (8 or 12 weeks)
  • Do I need special software to access your programs or join coaching calls?
    No special software is required. All digital courses are accessible via your internet browser. For live group calls or individual coaching sessions, we’ll typically use Zoom—easy to use and free to download if needed.
  • Do you work with clients outside of the U.S.?
    Yes! My services are available virtually, so I can support you no matter where you live. Time zones may vary for live sessions, but I’ll always do my best to find a time that works for you.
  • Is my personal information kept private?
    Yes. Your privacy matters to me. Any information you share—whether through forms, coaching sessions, or course participation—is kept confidential. I use secure tools to manage data, and I never share your information without your consent.
  • Do you offer private coaching?
    Yes, I offer 1:1 coaching packages that include personalized support, customized action steps, and a safe space to explore what’s most important to you. You can choose from a 3- or 12-month package or opt for my pay-per-session option for even greater flexibility. We always start with a complimentary consultation.
  • Can I do both a digital program and coaching at the same time?
    Absolutely! Many clients begin with a digital program and add 1:1 coaching for extra support. If you're in a program and realize you want more personalized guidance, you can book a coaching package anytime. If you choose one of my coaching packages, you'll automatically get access to one or both of the digital programs, depending on which coaching package you choose.
  • How long will I have access to digital self-paced course materials?
    You’ll have lifetime access to all digital course content, including videos, PDFs, and worksheets—so you can revisit lessons anytime.
  • Do you offer self-paced online programs that don't include coaching?
    Yes! I offer a library of self-paced digital programs designed for those who prefer to learn and grow on their own schedule: Small Steps to Better Wellness is an 8-week holistic wellness course focused on building healthier habits across all areas of life—nutrition, stress, movement, mindset, and more. It’s perfect if you’re looking for a general reset and want to feel more energized, balanced, and in control of your well-being. Small Steps to Lasting Weight Loss is a 12-week program designed specifically to help you lose weight in a sustainable, compassionate way. You’ll explore food journaling, portion awareness, movement, mindful eating, and other strategies to help you build healthy habits that last. Each program includes weekly videos, downloadable worksheets, and reflection prompts. You’ll have lifetime access and can move through the materials at your own pace. No coaching is included—but if you decide you’d like extra support later on, I offer 1:1 coaching sessions that pair beautifully with these programs.
  • Can I join your programs if I have diabetes or another medical condition?
    Yes! Many of my clients come to me after a diagnosis or health scare. I don’t offer medical advice, but I help you adopt lifestyle changes that support your health goals—often in collaboration with your healthcare provider.
