I bring both professional training and personal experience to my coaching. I am a certified Health Coach through the National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF) and the Food Revolution Network (FRN). In addition, I hold certifications as a Plant-Based Nutrition Specialist through eCornell and FRN.
I’ve been living a fully plant-based lifestyle for over 12 years, which not only gives me the knowledge but also the lived experience to support others in making these changes. I’m also the author of The Secret to Lasting Weight Loss: The Path to Transform Your Mindset and Live Your Healthiest Life, and the creator of the WholeLYFE Blueprint—an introductory guide designed to help people with prediabetes or type 2 diabetes reclaim their health by focusing on six key lifestyle levers: Nutrition, Hydration, Movement, Stress Management, Sleep, and Mindset.
