1. Coaching Packages
We want you to be satisfied with your coaching experience. However, we do not offer partial refunds for coaching packages. Refunds are only available if cancellation occurs before the first coaching session. Once the first session has been conducted, no refunds will be issued for coaching packages.
2. Digital Courses
We understand that you may want to evaluate the course content to ensure it meets your needs. Our refund policy for digital courses is as follows:

Full Refund: If you find that the program is too simple for your needs, you may request a full refund within the first week of purchase.

Prorated Refund: If you request a refund after the first week but before the third week, a prorated refund may be approved.

No Refund: Refunds will not be provided for any requests made after the third week of purchase.
Please note that any content already consumed (e.g., videos watched, materials downloaded) will impact your eligibility for a refund.
