Life can get busy. Between work, relationships, responsibilities, and everything else pulling at our attention, it’s easy to lose sight of how we’re really doing.
Sometimes we don’t notice we’re out of balance until something starts to feel off—like when we're constantly tired, easily overwhelmed, or feeling stuck without knowing why.
That’s why I created a simple Wellness Check-In—a gentle way to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the different areas of your life that contribute to your overall well-being.

💡 What Is a Wellness Check-In?
The Wellness Check-In is a tool that helps you explore how satisfied you feel in eight key areas of your life—from physical health to emotional well-being to finances and more.
Instead of focusing on what’s “wrong,” this exercise invites you to notice what’s already going well and where you might want to focus some intentional care or attention next.
✨ Why It Works
This tool is based on the idea that wellness is multi-dimensional and ever-changing. You don’t need to be perfect or “crushing it” in every area. The goal is to simply notice.
Often, small insights from this kind of reflection can spark meaningful change—whether prioritizing more rest, reaching out to a friend, or reconnecting with a goal you’ve set aside.
📝 What You'll Do
You’ll go through each area of life and:
Rate your level of satisfaction on a scale of 1 to 10.
Reflect on what’s going well in that area.
Identify one small step you could take to support more balance or fulfillment.
That’s it! You don’t have to solve everything all at once. This is about checking in, not checking boxes.
