Track these basics for a few days: 

- Date/Time (when you eat). 

- Food/Drink (what you’re having). 

- Portion (how much). 

- How I Felt (energized? sluggish?). 

- Water Intake (are you hydrating?). 

- Notes (triggers or thoughts). 

No judgment—just observe. After a few days, look for one small change. Maybe swap that late-night ice cream for berries and yogurt. Tiny shifts = big impact!
